Whose nationality should Biracial children be...Mothers, or Father's?

Me and my husband have been living in Singapore for 8 years now and our child was born there. Singapore doesn't have the "born there then you are a citizen." Doesn't also accept dual citizenship.
My husband is Dutch and am from Equatorial Guinea though i hold Portuguese citizenship.
WE are confused what citizenship she should hold...right now she's not issued to any.
