Troubled Stepmom

My husband and I met about 3 years ago. He has two little boys 3 & 5 who I love like my own. Their biological mother hasn't been in the picture since the oldest one was about 3 (due to court orders.)

Since we got married about 7 months ago, we've had a little girl. My problem is since we got married the 5 year old has been giving us some major problems with his behavior and me or my husband aren't quite sure on how to handle and deal with these problems. It also seems that when his biological mother was around before, that she said some pretty nasty things, not only about me to the 5 year old but also about my husband and we have no idea what to do about either situation. Please help!
