Step Parenting Advice

by Justin
(canada)

My new girlfriend is a mother of three great girls we have been seeing each other for a few months now and are getting more serious we had talked about moving in with each other but as I haven't met her girls yet, we decided not to.

I am a 30 year old man who has not had children or been around them a lot and like kids but never had to do a parenting role. I have a very busy work schedule and am not home a lot maybe 7 to 14 days a month and can be gone for long periods of time.

I really would like some step parenting advice as to where I should even begin. I want to learn what I should do and how to get there.

Thank you.
