Potty Training Help

I am trying to potty train my two-year old daughter Ally. She wants to be a big girl, but screams when I show her the potty or toilet. She is going through her terrible two's so she gets her way most of the time because I can not deal with the attitude. I also have a 3-month old son to take care of and don't know how to get Ally to use the potty. She is showing all the signs but I don't know what to do. HELP
