Picture of Biracial Child: Celebrating the Beauty of Multiracial and Biracial Kids
The picture of biracial child gallery below celebrates the beauty of biracial children. As the mother of two biracial boys, I love seeing the strong features of multiracial kids who are the product of parents of different ethnicities. There is so much in this country for us to share and teach each other and these children are a reflection of this truth: we are strong when we are united in our respect for diversity. As a mother who is raising my two boys to embrace the fullness of their multicultural heritage, I invite you to read my book, Keepers of the Children and discover how you can raise your children with the most resourceful ideas from different cultures and teach them to be strong and proud of all facets of their identity. If you would like your child to be featured in our picture of biracial child gallery, attach the photo to the Contact Us link to the left. Be sure to include a description of your child, what he or she likes to do, his or her heritage and how you teach your child about your different family cultures. My purpose is to create a place where children of mixed race can come to see and read about biracial kids and families who are just like them.
