Misbehaving Teenage Daughter

I have a teenage girl who is in love with a 23 year old boy. (She is just sixteen). I am totally against this! My husband met with the mother and advised her of our concerns and nothing is changing.

My daughter has been missing a lot of school, does not obey our curfew, and disrespects us in OUR home, etc.

I have tried to reach out to the parent again, but it seems that they don't want to get involved. What I am to do? Everyday is a big deal in my house. I can't get my daughter to leave home in the morning and I can't get her to come home in the evening.
