Mid Night Bottle Feed

My daughter of 18 months continues to want a bottle (goat's milk) every night between 4 am and 5 am. She will cry and cry until she gets it and as soon as she does, she's straight back to sleep. How do I cut this out? Ive been told by many she's past night feeds and should be sleeping through the night? Any suggestions?
