I feel your pain. my daughter is also very curious about her body and others. I find success in telling her it is not acceptable behavior (in so many words) and that her body is private and so are other peoples. Then drop it. making a big deal out of it only makes them more curious. but the basic prinicple must be understood. No one has the right to look, incuding her!
