Child Sick with Diarrhea

My 6 month old son was sick with the diarrhea and vomiting for 10 days. The doctor said to try a different formula. He was better for about three weeks and now he's started with the vomiting again and not wanting to eat. No temperature.

Does he have some kind of bug again, is it teething, growing pains, or is something seriously wrong internally and I'm not overreacting?
