Bad Attitude

My daughter is 10 years old and her bad attitude is that of a 16 year old. She's really good for the most part, but once something ticks her off, she's done.

She starts talking so snotty and when she's told to do something she cries and whines about it. If I ignore her, she screams. She complains about her homework and most of the time only does one side of it, saying she didn't know there were two sides to the sheet, trying to get out of it. She does that with tests at school too. Any advice, besides bootcamp, because that's already in the back of my mind.
