Age Appropriate Answer

My daughter who is five now asked the question "Mommy how does a doctor get a baby out of a woman's tummy"? She began asking this at age four.

I want to answer her with an age appropriate answer that is simple and in a loving Christian manner. Are there resources that help parents answer questions children have at different ages? It is often hard to know the age appropriate answer.
