Adolescent Behavior Problems for a child with ADHD/Aspergers

I am a mother of a 13 year old son who was diagnosed with ADHD at 4 years old. I believe he may also have Aspergers but I have not had the diagnosis yet.

I am so confused on how to help him because he seems to have symptoms of alot of different disorders. He currently takes Focalin XR, Intuniv and has just started Prozac for the ADHD.

The meds definitely do help but I'm not sure that I am treating the right disorder. How do I know exactly what it is that he has? I am currently looking for a psychiatrist who specializes in these type of disorders and behaviors. Does anybody have any advice or anything that you would like to share with me that you have found useful? Any help or communication would be greatly appreciated!
