26 yr old son with Bipolar Disorder

He lives with me. Refuses to get on medication. Works nights, drinks & smokes weed before every work shift. Drives drunk and high. Sleeps all day due to depression. His defense is "at least I'm not doing worse drugs or getting in trouble with the law." If I throw him out he has nowhere else to go and I'm already raising his four year old daughter.
